About us

Founded with 18 years experience in the social housing sector, RHJ Collective brings together a unique set of expertise for housing associations, local authorities, third sector organisations, charities, communities and organisations.

Our areas of many years of expertise are:

Safeguarding Training & Consultancy
We are able to provide bespoke safeguarding consultancy, reviewing and if required creating your safeguarding policies to ensure they are legislatively compliant.

We are able to provide bespoke safeguarding training to all staff members at Level 2 helping teams understand their legal responsibilities, recognise concerns, reporting requirements as per your organisational policy, support available, legislation, how to respond to a disclosure, various scenarios – this course is aimed at all staff working in social housing, health, education, social care – it is 4 hours long and is suitable for up to 16 people.

Social Value Training & Strategy
We support organisations to embed social value in their operations, delivering meaningful impact and meeting legislative, ESG & corporate plan commitments. Previously known as community benefits in Wales, members of the team previously worked for the Welsh Government rollout of community benefits with local authorities and housing associations. We are able to review, or create and train your organisation in the delivery of this area of work.

Community Engagement and Development

Whole Home Surveys & EPC Assessments
Our surveying services provide housing associations with the data and insight they need to manage housing stock responsibly and plan for a more sustainable future. We are able to undertake EPC & Stock Condition surveys
